This is by far the best place to get stuff for arts and crafts projects you want to do including scrapbooking!! The Outlet is a retail store of Notions Marketing that fills the orders of places like Joann Fabrics. Merchandise at the Outlet is anything from the warehouse that is mis-packaged, wrong SKU, discontinued, overstock, damaged packaging, scratch and dent, etc. They always have a ton of great stuff and the prices are at least half of that in stores like Joann, Michaels and Hobby Lobby.
